The map presents an overview of the evidence on the effects of Anthroposophical Medicine applied to Health. Based on a broad bibliographic search, 33 review studies were included in the map that analyzed the effect of interventions with anthroposophic medications, anthroposophic therapies and multimodal therapies for clinical outcomes. The map represents 62 associations between 5 types of interventions and 20 clinical outcomes, with an indication of the reported effect and the confidence level of the evidence reported in the studies. Main Findings: Interventions were organized into three groups: Anthroposophical Medicines (Viscum album and Other Anthroposophical Medicines), Anthroposophical Therapies (Eurythmy and Other Therapies) and Multimodal Therapies. Interventions were associated with 19 outcomes sorted into five groups: Well-being and Quality of Life, Cancer, Physiological and Metabolic Indicators, Health Care and Other Clinical Outcomes. Most associations were for the Cancer outcome group, followed by the Wellbeing and Quality of Life group. Among the outcomes, we highlight: Quality of Life (12 reviews), Survival (9 reviews), Patient Safety (8 reviews) and Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy Symptoms (7 reviews). Among the interventions, most associations were for Viscum album (48 associations). Multimodal interventions, other medications and Eurythmy were associated with outcomes: Treatment outcome (4 associations), Patient satisfaction and safety (2 associations each), Respiratory infections (3 associations), Cardiorespiratory coordination, Gastrointestinal disorders and Edema (1 association each). Considering the positive effects reported (in 26 associations), emphasis is placed on the use of the anthroposophic drug Viscum album (19 associations) for the outcomes Quality of Life, Patient Safety and Symptoms of Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy. As for the potentially positive effects (in 21 associations), most were associated with Viscum album (18 associations) for the outcomes: Cancer survival, Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy symptoms and Quality of Life.
