The world mental health day is celebrated on October 10 and was created by the World Health Organization (WHO) with the aim of drawing attention to the different mental disorders that affect people in the world and change the way we see them.
The brain like all organs of our body also needs attention and care, need to be healthy to give your best. Although WHO does not have a definition for “mental health”, it is understood that it applies to much more than the absence of mental disorders.
Having a mental health means being well with yourself and others, means learning to deal with their own emotions (good and bad) and the pressure of everyday life. Simple activities such as meditation, yoga, swimming, prayer, muscle relaxation, good food, are healthy ways to collaborate to healthy mind.
