The map provides a comprehensive overview of scientific evidence regarding the clinical effectiveness of Bioenergetic Analysis across various health outcomes. The study is grounded in a wide range of literature, spanning from randomized clinical trials to case reports, with the aim of providing support for clinical decisions and health policies. The map graphically presents 171 associations, linking the effects of 10 types of Bioenergetic interventions to 68 health outcomes. Interventions were categorized into four groups: Bioenergetic Analysis, Body Psychotherapy, Bioenergetic Analysis Exercises, and Psychotherapy. The 68 outcomes were grouped into six categories: psychological and behavioral indicators, well-being and quality of life, mental disorders, signs and symptoms, physiological and metabolic indicators, pathological conditions, and physiological and metabolic indicators. For each association, the intervention's effect on the outcome was reported. For most associations, a positive effect (64 associations) or potentially positive effect (91 associations) was reported. The effect was inconclusive for only 4 associations, with no effect for 12 associations. Negative effects were not reported.
