Pesticide waste versus hazardous waste

It intends to answer the following questions: what is a pesticide waste?; are all pesticide wastes considered hazardous wastes?; and, if I have excess pesticide, how should I dispose of it? It presents a table of pesticides in parts 261.31 and 261.33, with name, CAS number, RCRA number, Tox. number, and Reg. Lvl (mg/L).
